Films imagined beyond the limits of a physical set
AI Film Production.
Leopati develops cinematic AI films, historical biographies and generated sequences for live-action productions — from story and character design to sound, colour and the finished master.
What is AI film production?
AI film production is a directed filmmaking process in which generative image, video and voice systems are combined with traditional story development, editing, sound design, colour and post-production.
At Leopati, the technology is never the director. We lock the story, character and world first; construct each scene around its narrative purpose; then control motion, performance, sound and continuity until the film feels like one world rather than a collection of prompts.
Three worlds.
Three different production problems.
Real projects, built for different formats: a complete historical biography, a cinematic AI commercial and an AI horror-film experiment.
AI cinematic biography
St. Nicholas
- Runtime
- 1:33
- Scenes
- 4
- Production
- 27 days
A historically informed portrait of St. Nicholas of Myra, developed across four scenes with a consistent character, period world, narration, sound and final post-production.
Enter the projectCinematic AI commercial
Vanti
A film-led product world developed for social media, where performance, atmosphere and brand recognition are carried through a cinematic AI sequence.
Enter the projectAI horror-film sequences
Blair Witch
A darker visual study in atmosphere, tension and generated cinematic sequences — designed around the language of horror rather than the look of a technology demo.
Enter the projectThe hard part is not generating a shot. It is making every shot belong to the same film.
Characters are designed and locked before scene production. Environments are developed as a coherent world. Camera movement, costume, light, proportion and performance are checked across the sequence so the edit does not reveal where one generation ends and another begins.
For true stories, visual continuity is paired with factual discipline: the period, setting and narrative must remain faithful to the source, not simply look cinematic.
From treatment to master.
A film is developed in controlled stages. Each decision creates the rules for the next one.

Story and reference
Script, source material, audience, format and the visual rules of the world.
- ACT II
Character and world lock
Faces, costume, environments and continuity references are fixed before motion.
- ACT III
Scene construction
Every shot is built for its dramatic purpose, composition and camera language.
- ACT IV
Motion and performance
Character movement, camera movement and timing are directed shot by shot.
- FINAL CUT
Edit, sound and finish
Narration, sound design, music, edit, colour and post become the release-ready master.
Built for the story, not for a single format.
Complete AI film
Biography, narrative or branded film developed from concept through the finished master.
AI sequence for live action
Generated footage designed to match and integrate with conventionally shot material.
Historical reconstruction
Research-led scenes created for stories that cannot be filmed in the present.
Film development and post
Visual development, voice, sound, edit, colour and finishing as one production pipeline.
How much does AI film production cost?
A full AI film production at Leopati typically costs between $2,500 and $5,000. The final price depends on runtime, production complexity, character and visual consistency requirements, resolution, and post-production scope.

AI film production — common questions
How long does an AI film take to produce?
It depends on whether it is a full film or a sequence for existing footage. St. Nicholas, a 1:33 biography across four scenes with AI narration, took 27 days. Zarafel, three integrated sequences of 20 seconds or more, took 7 days because it fitted into a live-action film that already existed.
Can you integrate AI footage into a live-action film?
Yes. Zarafel is three AI-built sequences created and integrated into a live-action film, matched to the camera movement and continuity of the footage around them so the cut between real and generated is not obvious.
Can you keep a true story historically accurate?
Yes. On St. Nicholas, every visual was kept faithful to the historical record while holding one character and one period world consistent across all four scenes. Faithfulness to the story is treated as a requirement, not an afterthought.
Do you produce the voice and narration?
Yes. St. Nicholas used AI-produced narration, cut and timed to the film, alongside sound design and post-production.
How is an AI film priced?
A full AI film production at Leopati typically costs between $2,500 and $5,000, depending on runtime, scene count, character consistency, resolution and post-production scope. An integrated AI sequence for existing footage is priced separately.
What do you need to start an AI film?
We need the story or script, intended runtime, format, references, character direction and any historical, legal or brand constraints. For live-action integration, we also review the source footage and edit context.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two revision rounds are included in full AI film productions at Leopati.
