Books, novels, memoirs, screenplays and true stories developed into AI films. The story’s spine is selected, an adaptation treatment and screenplay are written, and characters and locations are designed before production, as a short film, a trailer, a pilot or a feature.

AI documentary production, research first

Documentaries on nature and wildlife, people and biography, history, science, culture, books and cinema. Sources are checked before production; scenes that cannot be filmed are reconstructed with AI and presented as reconstruction. The method is the one behind St. Nicholas.

Commercials, product films and social campaign cutdowns for brands and agencies. The same character, the same product and the same visual tone are held across every cut of a campaign, not just the hero film. Zeopak keeps the real packaging on screen throughout; Vanti is a set of three vertical social commercials.

What is AI video production?

AI video production is a way of making video in which scenes are constructed with generative models instead of a camera, while direction, editing and delivery work the way they always have in production. AI replaces the shoot; it does not replace the directing. Concept, shot language and pacing are decided before a single frame is generated.

05Brief to delivery

How a project runs

The same six stages carry a short film and a thirty-second commercial. What changes is their weight.

  1. Brief

    Some clients arrive with the concept formed; others want us to build one from the material. Both are normal.

  2. Creative direction and look lock

    The character, wardrobe and visual world are designed and fixed. Changing this later is the most expensive revision in the process, so it is settled first.

  3. Scene breakdown

    The piece is divided against its own structure. Pearl In The Shell resolved into six scenes; St. Nicholas runs 1:33 across four.

  4. AI production

    Scenes are built against the locked reference, so the visual world holds from the first shot to the last.

  5. Edit and post

    Cut, grade, sound and cleanup, separately generated material finished into one continuous piece.

  6. Delivery

    Release-ready masters in the formats the release actually needs.

It can, and what decides it is the process rather than the tool. The difficulty is never the first scene, it is holding the same character and the same visual tone in the tenth. That is why the look is locked before production starts rather than corrected afterwards.
