Method

How a project is made

AI production replaces the shoot, not the direction. The decisions that make a film work, what it is about, how it is framed, how it cuts, are made the same way they always were, before a single frame is generated.

  1. Direction

    Concept, references, shot language and pacing are agreed first. The look is locked on a single approved frame, because every later shot is matched against it.

  2. Generation

    Shots are produced model by model, chosen for what each one is actually good at. Character, lighting and camera language are held consistent across the whole sequence.

  3. Finishing

    Edit, grade, sound and delivery. You receive masters and clean plates in the formats the campaign runs in, not a folder of raw generations.

Leopati was founded in Ankara in 2025 by Güneş Polater, who directs every project. A small team of editor and project manager takes each one from brief to delivery, and the people credited on a case study are the people who made it.

What does Leopati do?

Leopati is an Ankara-based AI video production studio. It makes AI films, AI music videos, book-to-film adaptations, AI documentaries, AI visual effects and AI commercials for artists, authors and brands, directed shot by shot, from concept and character design to edit, colour, sound and delivery. Its work includes the AI music video for Killa Hakan’s “Yanlış Kardeşler”.

Who made Killa Hakan’s AI music video?

Leopati. The AI music video for Killa Hakan’s “Yanlış Kardeşler” (feat. D-Flame, Esen Müzik) was directed by Güneş Polater and produced by Leopati, character design, AI image and video production, edit, colour and finishing. The song was first released in 2003; the video is new.

How long does production take?

One to two weeks for a typical production. Larger projects take longer: the six-scene Pearl In The Shell took thirty days, the four-scene St. Nicholas film twenty-seven, while Zarafel, three AI sequences for an existing live-action film, took seven.

How do you keep a character consistent across a whole video?

We do not generate finished shots. The character is designed and locked first, each environment is generated separately, and the character is composited into it before the shot is animated. Prompting alone cannot hold a face together, because the model does not remember the scene it made before.

Which AI tools do you use?

We choose the model per shot, because no single one is best at everything: Kling 3.0, Higgsfield and Seedance 2.0 for motion; GPT Image 2, Nano Banana Pro and Seedream Pro for characters, environments and stills; Premiere Pro and After Effects for edit and finishing.

Who owns the finished video?

You receive commercial use rights to the delivered work, within the scope set out in the contract. Two revision rounds are included. Exclusivity is not automatic, where a project needs it, it is agreed separately.

Do you work with clients outside Türkiye?

Yes. The studio is based in Ankara and works with artists and brands worldwide, in English or Turkish, from the first brief to final delivery.
