Workflow

1. 01

   Concept and shot list

   Scenes, characters and locations were defined from the energy of the track, and a shot-by-shot visual list was prepared.

2. 02

   Reference image set

   A multi-angle character sheet and reference frames for the cars and locations were generated.

3. 03

   Image and moving-shot generation

   Each shot was generated against the references; the best frames were selected and turned into video.

4. 04

   Edit, colour and final

   Shots were cut to the rhythm of the music, colour and light were balanced, resolution was upscaled and a Full HD master was delivered.

Tools and models

What was human, what was generated

Human: concept, character design, shot list, reference selection, frame selection, edit, colour grading and audio sync. AI models: generation of images and moving shots. The music belongs to the artists; AI produced only the visual world of the video, not the track.

Prompt approach

Reference images for characters and locations were created first, and every shot was then generated by staying tied to those references. The same character sheet, a fixed outfit description and a shared light-and-colour language kept the shots consistent. Generated frames were selected visually, then animated, and faulty shots were regenerated.

Problems and solutions

1. Problem Character and outfit changing between shots

   Solution One character sheet was used as the reference for all shots, and inconsistent frames were discarded.

2. Problem Inconsistent wet-ground and light reflections

   Solution A shared light-and-colour palette was defined, and colour grading in the edit tied the shots into one look.

3. Problem Face, hand and text errors in AI shots

   Solution Faulty shots were regenerated or left out of the edit; critical frames were corrected by hand.
