An AI Creative Studio Built for Cinematic Storytelling

Leopati is an AI-powered creative production studio based in Ankara, Türkiye, working with brands and artists worldwide. We produce AI films, AI music videos, AI commercials and cinematic visual experiences — from concept and character design through generation, animation, editing, colour and sound, to a finished master.

What we produce

• AI film production — biography, narrative and brand films built end to end, plus AI sequences that drop into live-action footage for scenes that cannot be shot.
• AI music video production — full-length cinematic videos for artists and labels, built around one consistent character and one consistent world.
• AI commercial production — product and brand films delivered in the aspect ratios and durations each platform needs, without a traditional set.
• Cinematic AI visual production — the visual development underneath all three: character design, world building, camera language and continuity.

Alongside these, we handle the brand communication and digital experience work that a film usually sits inside — visual identity, campaign assets and the surfaces where the work is published. These support the production; they are not what the studio is for.

How an AI production actually runs

Generative models have no memory of the shot before. Prompt a whole scene and you get a different person every time — the face drifts, the wardrobe changes, and six scenes read as six unrelated clips rather than one film. Continuity is not a detail in this work; it is the work.

So we do not generate finished shots. The character is created first and locked — one face, one wardrobe, carried deliberately through every scene. Each environment is generated separately, as its own element. Only then is the character composited into it, the props placed in frame, and the whole shot animated. Editing, colour, sound and finishing come last, against the track or the script.

That sequence is slower than prompting a scene and accepting what comes back, and it is the difficult part of the job. It is also why MIDIVOXX — Pearl In The Shell reads as one film across 3:49 and six distinct environments rather than six separate pieces.

Where the human direction sits

The generative tools produce options. They do not decide which option tells the story. Every project here has the same division: the model supplies frames and motion, and a person decides the concept, the character, which takes survive, how the film is cut, and whether the result is faithful to what it claims to depict.

That last one matters most when the story is real. St. Nicholas is a 1:33 biography across four period-grounded scenes; the research came before the generation, and the historical boundaries were set before a single frame existed. On Zarafel, where AI sequences are built into an existing live-action film, the measure of success was not originality but fit — matching the camera movement, grain and continuity of the footage around them.

The studio

Leopati is led by Güneş Polater, Founder and Creative Director. The studio was built around a specific conviction: that generative tools are a production capability, not a creative shortcut, and that the difference between a striking frame and a film someone watches to the end is direction.

Creative direction, character and world design, shot selection, edit, colour and sound are directed in-house rather than handed to the model. The pipeline itself is openly documented on the project pages — including the tools each film was built on, such as Kling 3.0, Higgsfield and Seedance 2.0 for motion, and Premiere Pro and After Effects for finishing.
