Safe Home Hero is an AI cartoon animation that Leopati produced for a client who prefers to remain unnamed. In five animated scenes, a girl, her beagle and a flying detective eye mascot learn three home safety habits: keep an eye on the boiler, never cover the ventilation grille and never leave a boiling pot alone on the stove. Every frame was generated with AI under Leopati's direction. Directed by Güneş Polater.

Why this project existed
AI generatedObjective
Teach children three home safety habits in a form they will watch to the end: characters they like, short scenes and one clear rule per scene.
The creative challenge
Making safety rules feel like a story children want to finish, without fear, and keeping three characters identical across five separately animated scenes.
Audience
Children and their families; the scenes work in school talks, on social media and on public information screens.
Constraints
Five scenes of 6 to 10 seconds each, 16:9. No dialogue and no narration in the delivery, so each scene can take its own voice-over or captions later.
Creative direction
AI generatedOn a cold morning a man checks the boiler and its flame glows behind the panel. At home, a girl hugging her beagle meets an unusual visitor: a winged eye in a detective hat, carrying a magnifying glass. Together they find the dangers hiding in an ordinary house: a pot boiling over on the stove while the dog watches, and a ventilation grille the girl is about to cover with a towel. The detective eye stops her just in time. When every lesson is learned, a gold badge appears on her shirt.
A detective who looks for danger: the mascot is literally an eye, so "keep an eye on it" becomes a character children remember.
Safety films for children usually warn. We wanted this one to invite: a friendly mascot, a dog that worries along with you, and a badge at the end that a child would want to earn. AI let us build that small world and keep it consistent in every scene.
Visual style
Warm 3D family animation: soft window light, rounded characters, big expressive eyes and a cosy home palette of cream, blue and wood.
Cinematography and camera language
Wide shots set up each room, then the camera moves close to the danger: the glowing boiler panel, the foam rising in the pot, the towel reaching for the grille. The finale closes in on the badge and pulls back to all three heroes.

What was human, what was generated
Story, safety messages, character direction, scene selection and editing were done by people (Güneş Polater and the Leopati team). Every frame was generated with AI: characters in GPT Image, animation with Seedance 2.5 through Higgsfield.
Prompt approach
Characters first: GPT Image produced reference sheets for the three heroes, and the approved sheets were locked. Every scene in Higgsfield was animated with Seedance 2.5 from those sheets, one action per scene, so the rule stays readable.

Problems and solutions
Problem Three characters had to stay identical across five separately animated scenes.
Solution All three were locked as reference sheets in GPT Image and every scene was animated from them.
Problem A danger has to read clearly without frightening a young audience.
Solution Warm light, a mascot with a sense of humour and a dog that reacts first, so the warning feels like a game.
