AI Commercial Production

Your product, turned into a finished commercial.

Leopati is an AI commercial production studio. We turn an existing product or brand into product films, brand spots, launch films and social media ads, from your reference photos and brief through generation, editing and platform-specific delivery, with one consistent look held across every cut.

01The short answer

Can my product be turned into an AI commercial?

In most cases, yes. AI commercial production is the making of a finished advertising film with generative image and video tools under human creative direction. We start from the product you already have, its photos, packaging and brand material, and build the commercial around it.

The hardest problem in AI advertising is not the first cut, it’s the tenth: keeping one character, one location and one visual tone stable across every platform edit a campaign actually needs. That consistency is what we build in from the brief stage, not what we clean up afterward.

What does AI commercial production cover?

  • 01
Product commercials, product films and brand spots, from concept to finished master
  • 02
Launch and campaign films, a hero film for a new product or release
  • 03
Social media ads, vertical and short versions, edited natively for each platform’s length and framing
  • 04
Artist and campaign promos, consistent character and world across a full release
  • 05
AI post-production, grading, sound design and finishing across every cut
  • Motorcycles
  • Cars
  • Furniture
  • Home décor
  • Appliances
  • Technology
  • Fashion
  • Cosmetics
  • Food & drink
  • Books

Examples, not a closed list. Every product asks for something different, how it moves, how its surface catches light, how much of the label has to be readable, so fit and approach are assessed per project from the brief.

Vanti social media commercials

Three vertical commercials for Vanti fans, each built around one everyday scene, a bedroom, an outdoor terrace, a bakery beside a wood-fired oven. The fan and its badge stay recognisable from shot to shot, and all three share one brand tone.

Zeopak

A vertical AI social media commercial for ZEOMOL’s fruit and vegetable washing powder, 1:04, 9:16 at 1080 × 1920, 24 fps. The real ZEOPAK packaging and its kitchen use steps stay visible in every scene: the product has to read as itself, not as a generated look-alike. KING: cinematic AI commercial-style production

Produced for DJ Orcun & Sacha Max. The creative challenge was keeping both artists’ facial features, clothing and accessories, and the same black Range Rover and rain-soaked city, consistent across every scene and camera angle: exactly the same discipline a multi-cut brand campaign needs.

03Product and brand

How will my product and brand look on screen?

The product is built from your own reference material, not from a description. Its shape, packaging, logo and colours are fixed on one approved frame before any full scene is generated; every later shot is matched to that frame.

On Zeopak, the real ZEOPAK packaging and its use steps stay visible throughout a 64-second vertical spot, and product accuracy was checked shot by shot before delivery.

  • 01

    Shape and proportions

Taken from photos of the product from several angles, or from a model file if you have one.

  • 02

    Packaging, logo and label

Supplied artwork is used as the reference; the shots where it must read clearly are planned first.

  • 03

    Colour and material

Matched to your brand colours and to how the real surface behaves in light.

  • 04

    Brand tone

If you have brand guidelines, the production is built on them; if not, we set the look with you.

What we do not promise: generative video does not reproduce every small detail by itself. Fine print, tiny logos and complex mechanical parts are the hardest. We agree with you up front which details have to be exact, and review those shots with you before delivery.

04Fit

When is AI the wrong tool for a commercial?

AI is strongest where a product can be shown truthfully through images: product films, brand worlds, settings that would be expensive or impossible to shoot, and many platform versions of one idea.

It should not be the main tool when the advert has to prove something physical. If the claim is about how a product performs, the proof should be real footage. This is settled at the brief stage, and AI can still build what surrounds the filmed proof.

  • Physical performance, safety, strength, cleaning or clinical results the viewer must see happen for real
  • Regulated categories, health, pharmaceutical and financial claims that need approved wording and evidence before any scene is made
  • A specific person, when a real presenter or talent has to appear as themselves, with their permission

Often the answer is hybrid: the proof shot is filmed, and the world around it is built with AI and matched to its camera and grade.

05Brand approvals

What does your brand approve before production?

The creative direction can explore; the facts cannot. These are approved on your side before scenes are produced, so later feedback is about the film, not about what the product is.

  • Product truth, shape, materials, finish, screen interface and packaging copy
  • Claims and legal copy, anything about performance, ingredients or specifications
  • Brand assets, logo files, colours, typography and usage rules
  • People, permission for any identifiable face or likeness
  • Music and sound, licensed or commissioned sources
  • Deliverables, platforms, durations, aspect ratios and languages

06Look and message

How do production choices change how the brand reads?

  • 01

    Photoreal or stylised

Photoreal reads as reliable and detailed; a stylised world can carry heritage, lifestyle or emotion.

  • 02

    Light and grade

Hard, high-contrast light reads premium and technical; soft, warm grading reads approachable.

  • 03

    Pace

Fast cutting suits short-form feeds; longer, slower shots suit a brand film or a large screen.

  • 04

    Framing

Tight product frames show craftsmanship; wider frames place the product inside a real or aspirational moment.

Start from the campaign’s job: awareness, consideration or sale. It decides whether the film leans on detail, on a world, or on many fast versions to test.

07Getting started

What should I send to start?

A short brief and a few honest photos are enough for a first answer. The more of the list you have, the closer the first frames will be.

  • Product photosFrom several angles, in neutral light, phone photos are fine for a first look.
  • Logo and brand materialLogo files, brand colours, typography or guidelines.
  • Packaging artworkLabel and box artwork, when the pack appears on screen.
  • The briefThe product, the core message, who it is for.
  • Platforms and lengthsWhere the film will run and which versions you need, hero cut plus every platform edit up front, so it’s quoted once.
  • Product videoif availableExisting footage of the product in use.
  • 3D or CAD model filesif availableUseful for products with precise geometry.
  • Constraintsif availableBrand rules, legal or compliance notes, tone.

08Formats and placements

Where can I use it, and in which formats?

A commercial rarely ships as one file. It ships as a 30-second hero cut, a 6-second bumper, three vertical social versions and a silent autoplay edit, and every one of them has to look like the same campaign. We lock character, location and color treatment before the first full generation, so a platform-specific edit is a re-cut, not a re-shoot.

A product film, a brand commercial, a launch film and a social media ad are the same production seen at different lengths and framings: vertical 9:16 for stories and short-form feeds, landscape 16:9 for websites, video platforms and screens, square 1:1 for feeds. Tell us the placements at the brief stage and each one is cut for its own frame.

Length and language are versions too. A six-second cut usually needs a simpler message than the hero film, a vertical frame can move the product to a different place in the shot, and every extra voice or subtitle language is its own edit. List them in the brief so they are planned from the start, not added at the end.

  • Vertical social versions9:16 · three cuts

09Brief to delivery

How do the process, scope and quote work?

Five stages, each approved before the next begins. How long it takes depends on the number of scenes and platform cuts; the schedule is set once the brief is fixed.

  1. Brief and reference

The message and the look, product, brand guidelines, or artist direction.

  2. Creative approach, locked

Concept, character and world design are fixed before any scene is generated, so every later cut stays on-model.

  3. Production

Built scene by scene around the campaign’s core narrative.

  4. Review

Edit, grade and sound; the hero cut is reviewed with you and finished to a release-ready master.

  5. Delivery

Vertical, short-form and silent-autoplay versions re-cut from the same locked assets.

How the quote is set: there is no fixed price list. Each commercial is quoted from its brief, the finished runtime, the number of scenes, how strictly a character or product has to stay consistent, and how many platform cuts are delivered. New to briefing this kind of work? Read how to brief an AI commercial production studio.

Usage scope for music, people and logos, and whether you also need editable project files beside the finished masters, are agreed in the same quote.

10Final approval

What should you check before approving the final cut?

Watch the film the way the audience will meet it: on the device and in the placement it was made for. A scene that looks impressive but makes the offer harder to understand is the one to change.

  • Opening, does the first second hold attention in the feed it runs in?
  • Product moment, are the pack, logo and shape right and readable?
  • Message, can a viewer say what is offered after one watch?
  • End card and call to action, is the next step clear in every version?
  • On a phone, do text and product still read at small size and without sound?
  • Specs, do resolution, frame rate, audio version and file format match the delivery list?

11Deliverables

What do you receive?

  • The hero cut, finished to a release-ready master
  • Platform cuts, vertical, short-form and silent-autoplay versions re-cut from the same locked assets
  • Finishing on every cut, grading, sound design and finishing
  • Commercial use rights, within the scope set out in the contract

12Hybrid production

Working with live-action footage

AI does not have to replace the whole shoot. If you already have footage, or a scene has to be filmed, AI-generated sequences can be built into it and matched to its camera, light and grade, the work of our AI Visual Effects service. On Zarafel, three AI sequences were integrated into a live-action film.

13Questions

AI commercial production: common questions

Can you make a commercial for a product I already sell?

In most cases, yes. We work from your own photos, packaging artwork and brand material, and assess each product from its brief, how it moves, how its surface behaves and which details must be exact.

What do I need to send to get started?

Product photos from several angles, your logo and brand material, a short brief with the core message, and the platforms and lengths you need. Product video, packaging artwork and 3D or CAD files help when they exist.

Can our real product and packaging appear in an AI commercial?

Yes. On Zeopak, ZEOMOL’s actual ZEOPAK packaging and its use steps stay visible throughout a 64-second vertical spot, and product accuracy is checked shot by shot before delivery.

How is an AI commercial different from a DIY AI ad tool?

A tool generates a clip. We handle creative direction, locking a consistent character and world before generation, then edit, grade and deliver every platform cut from the same locked assets, the same discipline as a produced ad, not a raw export.

Can you keep a campaign on-brand across every platform cut?

Yes. Character, location and color treatment are locked before the first full generation, exactly as on KING, where one set of facial features, wardrobe and the same vehicle stayed consistent across every scene and angle.

Do you deliver multiple platform edits from one production?

Yes. A hero cut plus vertical, short-form and silent-autoplay versions are re-cut from the same locked assets rather than re-generated from scratch, which keeps cost and turnaround predictable.

How is an AI commercial priced?

There is no fixed price list. Each commercial is quoted from its brief: the finished runtime, the number of scenes, how strictly a character or product has to stay consistent, and how many platform cuts are delivered. Pricing follows the finished footage, not shooting days.

How long does an AI commercial take?

It depends on the number of scenes and platform cuts. The schedule is set once the brief is fixed; a single short social spot moves much faster than a multi-cut campaign.

Can this work for an artist promo as well as a brand?

Yes, KING was produced for two artists, not a brand, and used the same consistency-first process a brand campaign needs.

Can AI be combined with footage we have already shot?

Yes. AI sequences can be integrated into live-action footage and matched to its camera, light and grade, the same work as our AI visual effects service, shown on the Zarafel project.

Who owns the finished commercial?

You receive commercial use rights to the delivered work, within the scope set out in the contract. Exclusivity is not automatic, where a campaign needs it, it is agreed separately.

When is filmed footage better than AI for a commercial?

When the advert has to prove something physical, such as how a product cleans, protects or performs, or when it makes health, pharmaceutical or financial claims that need evidence. Those shots should be filmed for real. AI can still build the world around them in a hybrid production.
